Anyone can track any expense right on the spot. Amount, location, expense type, related customer and project are recorded in an eye blink. Add a picture of the receipt or invoice and forget about it.

The Company can approve single expenses or search them per employee, timeframe, project, contact, payee, etc... to proceed with grouped approvals.

Expenses appear in a different list that either the admin department or an external accountant will use to register finalized records in the Company Accounting Books.
